Client Service Clerk
Working Location: Winnipeg, MB

 

Responsibilities:
• Setup schedule with clients for business exploratory trip, including visit local businesses, living environment, schools ect;
• Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments;
• Follow up with clients periodically;
• Perform daily office work;
• Knowledgeable of customer service inclusive of hotel reservations, ground transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provides valuable service to our customers;


Requirement:
• Team player with good driving record, driving license is a must;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both English and Chinese;
• Hands on experience with MS Office software;
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administrative or Commerce;
