加拿大客服入驻人员:

岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,国际贸易,国际物流,或汽车类相关专业毕业;
2. 从事客服类工作2年以上经验,对汽车零配件类产品熟悉或感兴趣;
3. 英语/ 法语 读写说听熟练,可进行熟练交流;
4. 熟练使用常用办公软件,如:WORD, EXCEL, PPT, OUTLOOK;
5. 愿意主动沟通,虚心接受他人意见或建议;
6. 能够接受公司工作时间安排,例如:试用期,在上海总公司学习公司相关流程和相关工作1-2个月;试用后,加拿大工作3个月,回上海工作2周,以此类推。

岗位职责:
1. 熟悉帕锐骑出货整体流程,与采购部和客服部良好沟通协调;
2. 熟悉帕锐骑对加拿大客户所有出货产品;
3. 熟悉加拿大客户公司内部业务和采购/仓库收货/出货流程;
4. 入驻加拿大客户,及时发现并跟进上海总公司与加拿大客户间未解决事宜,向两边及时反馈并跟进;
5. 帮助加拿大客户推荐新产品,并分析是否适合加拿大市场;
6. 代表上海帕锐骑形象,提高公司整体服务水平,能提高加拿大客户对我司整体服务的满意度。

Service staff ( working in Montreal Canada), Female

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor degree or above, international trade, international logistics, or automobile-related professional graduates.
- Worked as Customer Service over 2 years experience, be familiar with or be interested in auto parts or auto accessories.
- French / English speaking, listening, reading and writing very well.
- Be familiar with office software operating.
- Be willing to take the initiative to communicate with an open mind to accept the views of others or suggestions.
- Able to accept the company working time arrangements. For example,
- Probationary period worked in Shanghai headquarters to learn inside company related processes for about two months; Then work in Canada for 2-3 months, back to work in Shanghai for 1 month or 20days, and so on.


Job Details:

- Be Familiar with company inside process, Good communication and coordination with the Purchasing Department and Customer Service Department.
- Learn to be familiar with all the products shipped to Canada market.
- Learn and become familiar with Canadian client company internal processes including purchasing / warehouse receipt / shipment details.
- Follow up all pending matters between Shanghai headquarters and Canadian customer, make sure all matters can be resolved timely and correctly.
- Help Canadian customers recommend new products, make the analysis for Canadian market.
- On behalf of Shanghai headquarters good image and improve the service level, increasing Canadian customers’ satisfaction on our service.
